- Editor's Notes
- A scathing reflection on management by Porges. Regarding the cable you sent with Eaton insisting on the payment of the 200,000, Porges declares he will not pay it, in fact he cannot. He intends to to run the company in a way that the founders shares never get a cent. I have learned in the new company if it had been formed he proposed to take the presidency and the chairmanship of all the committees of direction thus securing himself a large annual salary. If he runs the Light co we will reap no benefit. Have secured promise of other directors not to allow him control of new company.
