I don’t not think there is any possibility of our being able to rent the machine to which your letter refers. As you are undertaking a good deal of lighting in new york and elsewhere in the state would it not be possible for you to make us an offer to buy them back. It does not seem much chance of our offer to rent them in this country we should be more likely to sell them than rent them. I wish you could see your way to make an offer to buy them so as to relieve the company of all further liability.
