- In regard to the reduction of of capital of the TAE Indian Colonial Co and the exsisting liabilities if there is any excess of the cash of the Company. Page is not interest in what Insull suggested in his letter of the 6th . Gouraud does not think that the balance of the cash should not be paid to the directors. There should be a reduction of the Directors to the TAE and Swan co.
