- Markle at Hazleton tells me that yr engineer there has been drunk for several days and is unreliable. That plant has broken down 3x already. Engineer at Bellefonte also drunk a lot. "I wish you would keep me posted about these bad things that happen at various plants, as I appear to know very little about our business when the officers of the various local companies tell me of their misfortunes.
