TAE marg: "Edison thinks Radiant Matter a humbug-- Edlunds theory of the conductivity of a perfect vacuum the apparent resistance being due to polarization at the surfact of the Electrodes perfectly explains the act?]because the current varies with every different metal being lowest for Zinc & highest for Carbon The resistance also changes with the [----] showing polarization"
