Details about how steam engine boiler gets water. We are running low volts at full load b/c low endgine speed; we're at 375 rpm now on engine and 1250 on dynamos. TAE marg: "To Campbell no more exhaust cylinder for me say to Doubleday that if he tones down light gradually customers will not notice it= he can get right volts"
