Your estimate for Cinti block plant has incorrect details. Discussion of alternate locations for central station. TAE marg: "We could get what lights you would want in 22 x 200-- How could we get a stack and exhaust-- We could easily run up to top of a bldg & cross over or even drill a hole through a street 30 or 40 feet wide-- We could send an engineer as soon as he gets well being now sick in bed but 1st let us know how you would get the chimney draught if there is one give size & what goes into the chimneys already"
