- wrt settling for his expenses. All OH plants are doing well except Middletown. Circleville is paying expenses and Tiffin is doing well. Middletown expects to make expenses next month. Poor local mgt is prob there, along with stiff competition from gas and Brush companies. When we get street lighting going there we will make 10% dividends.
