"I will do my best to get the money for you, and if all goes off well tonight, and I do nto see Stuart I will take a run down to Cincinnati tomorrow, and will not trust to telegraphy"; ready for tonight but sorry only 10 CP lamps to "show off with" as gas here is "unusually good" and our lamps will "look sick" # TAE marg send Kirby money, he owes us, "If I don’t get it now perhaps I never may"
