WRt yrs of 28th asking for payment of 50% of contract price of plant. "I am directed to say that 4000$ or 40 shares of our stock is not taken and Mr Shaw said that his syndicate or the parent co would take that. We cuold send 50 percent on 140$ shares in a few days when station is started, and the amount paid in."
