- Arrived Bellefonte this evening. For past 2 weeks Perry has had to govern by throttle, as engine doesn't govern right; Sims man is here but waiting for new springs. He says that springs will only work up to 275 rpm but we need 300 out of the engine. Full load of 800 lamps will require 1450 rpm at armature to get high enough EMF.
