In Clark's plan for Harrisburg central station I note that he calls out an A&S engine of 48ihp to drive 2 400 10cp dynamos; will 24 ihp run a 400 light dynamo? If there are 10 lamps to 1 ihp, then engine should be 80ihp. Make it 98 for safety factor.
