- Editor's Notes
- Yrs of 30th rcd. will connect H machine with spare engine to run in emergencies. Still awaiting resis boxes for S machines. Howell found our equalization [among feeders] bad; helped me standardize volt meters. Can now regulate with some satisfaction but still "I am compelled to grind some of the consumers down to a pretty low incandescence to save lamps in other parts of the district. But this I presume will shortly be remedied." Gas company beginning to fight back: "they are introducing the Simons Regenerating Gas burner they ahve two or three in use here that they claim gives 500 cp they charge 10 c per hour for them. They give a good light & we have got to brace ourselves."
