Title
[D8458T], Letter from Harry Mather Doubleday to William Symes Andrews, March 29th, 1884
Editor's Notes
Came here in reply to Kingbury's summons about uneven pressure; found indicators completely unreliable. This undercuts efforts to reduce lamp breakage; problem exacerbated by plant working near capacity. This is vital! You've heard talk about doubling capacity and building station near center of town. Reading depot lit by 20 lamps last night. Shamokin nearly over regulating troubles.
