- Editor's Notes
- [LOOK FOR REPLY TO THIS DAMNING SUMMARY OF TAE'S CONTRACTING WORK IN SUNBURY] Misc Sunbury business update. Delay in sending stock. Problems with roof, steam pipes, smoke stack; engine bed foundation; engine not powerful enough for demand. "These are only the most glaring defects in this interesting plant; there are several hundred others." Still owe $ for thousands of lamps broken prematurely by regulation problems. "Speaking for myself alone, it looks very much like a swindle and I am opposed to paying for a plant until it is up up in the 'good and workmanlike manner' the contract calls for. We can't be responsible for damages and expenses caused by defects in the plant. You or someone appointed by you should thoroughly examine plant so we can adjust our accounts with you and the Co.
