Reply to letter from TAE on 16/10/84. TAE refused to reduce royalties on Pen or pen parts, but "we do not ask reduction on Electric Pens or Electirc Pen parts, but only upon battery parts and Electric Pen supplies of that nature, upon which there are no patents and which our competitors are offering at prices which we, on account of royalty paid to you, are unable to meet." Askes TAE to reconsider.
