Construction Dep't letterhead; TAE autograph letter. Asking Insull if TAE's gun was returned from St. Augustine [FLORIDA]. If not, wants Insull to telegraph Whitney to keep TAE's "winchester rifle" until he arrives, and TAE wants to borrow Whitney's and Johnson's rifles for Gilliland and Madden. Written across top of letter (under letterhead): "Theo Whitney has one at St. Augustine in his care."
