- Editor's Notes
- Will call at TAE's office in a few days; in addition to wanting to meet TAE, want to bring to TAE's attention a system of Automated Electric signals for railways that Waters invented. He has patented parts of it and is ready to bring it to market, but needs assistance (is willing to give stock in consideration). Mailing TAE a pamphlet that explains the invention; pamphlet prepared by Col. John Swann{?}, an "Englishman of means" who is a 1/4 investor.
