Editor's Notes
[Judicial order with handwritten case heading (Seyfert v. TAE).] Denying motion made by Edison to set aside service of an Order for TAE to appear for discovery proceedings in New Brunswick the prior November 6. Judge rules that TAE was properly served, and therefore the service should not be set aside. Judge also orders that TAE appear before a Commissioner in New Brunswick on May 14 for said discovery proceedings, and that TAE also show cause "before me at my residence in Chambersburgh" on May 16 as to why he should not be punished for contempt.
