Writing from the western part of East India (Rajputana?). "Brought up among the rude majority of this Country, I do not long dare to have the boast of thinking myself as entitled to corresponde with such Superior kind fo human beins as the Civilized Englishmen of America and especially yourself." Read about the phonograph in a treatise about the telephone. "I am a telephone master" and would like more information about the telephone, phonograph, etc. TAE Marg: "Can't we make him an agent when we get the Colonial--suppose you file this{?} in "Foreign Trade."
