Think you better sound Adams and get the best price you can from London. Would take 50 cents per share if can't do better. How about Colonial E{?} Light--what{?} chances. Can you sell any Edison Field Electric RR? Tell Upton I can't very well advise him in Lamp matters on the Continent--I'm too much involved--but for him to look out for the best interest o fthe stockholders of the Lamp factory and I will be satisfied.
