Writes TAE to ask his opinion about no. 9 galvanized iron wire damaged by fire. Letterhead from Compania Limitada Del Ferrocarril Central Mexicano. Asks TAE whether the damaged wire can be used for telegraph. TAE in marg: "Boil it in Linseed oil which is as good as galvanizing if its strength is not impaired I should [st---?] it= E"
