EJ Campbell, a poor struggling mechanic, writes TAE to ask him advice about mixing Ether and Phosphorus to make a light for a watch. Wants the formula to place mixture in a small glass globe, otherwise he will stop experimenting. TAE marg: "This has been done in France years ago and were pupular; they have long since played out. E"
