- Editor's Notes
- We have put in good order and tested your 8 1/2 X 10 engine No. 20, shipped to Shamokin on June 20, 1883. It has 48" driving pulley, 12 1/2" face and runs 300 rpm. Its former{?} speed was 350. We found the regulator weights planed down and several changes made. "As business is now improving, the Co. for I.L. or Machine Works should place this engine for you if you desire to realize on it." We can put on a new pulley if desired.
