- Editor's Notes
- The Directors of our Co. met today and the matter of TAE's claim against us was brought before them. "While we were disposed to insist upon some material deduction being made in the amount demanded (for reasons which have been stated to you), yet we finally concluded to save any further trouble and discussion by giving you our note for the amount due at six months from date--without interest." I enclose the note signed by our President and Treasurer and ask for a receipt from TAE.
