- 6 typed pages. Would like EELCo to settle the $100,000 due under contracts. Can settle it against amt due from TAE for increase of capital stock. Writes to ask that his claim on $100,000 be paid. Also wants payment on $38K for EwRwy experiments; will bear a greater share than that required by contract. Also owed $15K for Const Dept work on behalf of EELCo---"not a cent of profit" to me. Also $2k paid to Sprague for improving village system. Also various sums due to experts, instruments, etc at village plants, also expenses for LOBBYING STATE LEGISLATURES on behalf of electric light system; als legal fees. Wants cash settlement ASAP.
