- [Report of Special Committee on the use of the Sprague Motor] Addressed to the "Board of Trustees of the Edison Electric Light Company." Recommends that the Sprague Motor be used "among our Licensees generally and especially, as consumers of our Central and Village plant stations." Report offers a number of recommendations to securing a contract with Sprague whereby he can use some of the patented inventions of the Bergmann Co and Edison Machine Works.
