Testimony of Samuel Insull before the City and County of New York. Swears that the "entire capital stock of the Company (Europe, Limited) has been issued for patents." Also claims that the company has not been profitable at all. He clailms that the company is only engaged in obtaining patents for TAE's Edison Electric Light Inventions. In conclusion Insull is hoping to make the case that the company should not be taxed.
