- Title
- [D8534C], Letter from Willis N Stewart to Thomas Alva Edison, January 24th, 1885
- Editor's Notes
- I refer you to my letter of this date to Mr. Hastings, and only add that the contracts proposed (as we understand them) are fatal to business here and that I must at once quit the business if a change is not made. "I have worked here like a dog three years and am a loser by it and I do not propose to stay here and be made a fool of by Kendall & Co., especially after they are bankrupt and proven to be swindlers."
