- Editor's Notes
- The German patent office in Berlin considers the two powers you sent us insufficient for the transfer of the Edison patents in Germany in the name of the Compagnie Continentale Edison. ##They require the following three documents: ##1. Form A, which please sign in your own name and have legalized by a notary public and German Consul in NY. ##2. Form B, to be signed by you as President of the Edison Electric Light Co. of Europe with same legalization as above. ##3. We must also ask you to have a document drawn up by a notary public and and legalized by the German Consul in NY stating that you are the President of the EEL Co. and are entitled as such to sign the transfer. ##Please hand the documents ASAP to W. D. Wallerstein, who will forward them to us.
