"Extract from a deliberation of counsel of administration of the Edison Continental Company." [Minutes from meeting.] Italian Company asked to pay in the future the tenure not for used or sold lamp, but for lamps purchased in NY and Paris, minus 7 1/2% for the cash. ##Counsel agreed, but it is to be understood that the Italian Co. will "bear the tenure on all lamps purchased in NY, [----] or elsewhere, or even manufactured in Italy save--ratifying of the Light Co. at NY of this modification of the treaty."
