- [Original letter handwritten in French; translation attached, also handwritten] Received your favor of 5th inst, enclosing a letter addressed to you (dated March 27) by the Bureau fuer Eisenbahnen and Industrielle Unternehmuregen[?] of Hochdorf near Lucern relating to an affair of electric tramways and electric illumination in the region Vevey[?]-Montreux-Chillon (Switzerland) [See Doc D8535S]. ##By the superscription of yoru letter mentioning Mr. Turettini on the side of our Society, we think it advisable to call into your memory that since November 1883, Turettini has ceased to be a part of our administration, as this was made known in the rapport [report?] which we laid before the last general assembly of our Co. (May 1884) of which we sent you a copy.
