- [Preprinted document to stockholders: "Proposed Plan of Reorganizing the Edison Ore Milling Company, Limited"] urges stockholders to accept TAE's plan for recapitalizing the company at $2 million, retiring old stock, and issuing new; provides historical account of co. from founding in 1879 to 1885; notes that TAE initially was to receive $10,000 yearly salary and 30% of profits; TAE's inventions for separating iron ore from magnetic sands were successful, but due to difficulty in smelting separated ore, co. failed to develop business; with sufficient new capital for experimentation, TAE could solve technical issue. In new model, TAE agreed to forgo salary and wave monies owed; proposes to construct special laboratory.
