Received TAE's letter. Gilliland experiencing delay in selling his skate factory and may not be able to get to NY by the 10th. He is expected in Kenosha, Wisc., on the 9th. Howe requests information on whether Edward Johnson and Bergmann or the Bergmann Co. holds rights? to inventions; cannot complete agreement until he knows. [MARG.: Give this to Tomlinson immediately]
