- Editor's Notes
- Changed the coil here to new one with primary and secondary winding; induction crackling is bad; attributes problem to foggy, rainy weather; sound produced by his own writing in the motograph overrides all induction, but writing from Port Hope isn't strong enough to overcome induction; has not yet put new coil in at Port Hope, has only a condenser around the points of sounder; Port Hope reports receiving writing from Toronto "distinctly;" but overall induction remains a problem. This is a detailed report with a great deal more technical information. [MARG.: "Phono"]
