[LETTERHEAD: The Great North Western Telegraph Co. of Canada] Tested new coils "and they work splendidly"; could TAE send Ott to assist few days; he may be able to solve induction problem and would be more trustworth; has become convinced Mr. Toye of Great North Western [inventor of automatic repeater], who has been delegated to assist, is trying to sabotage the test; Dwight and Tate have prohibited Dr. Rosebrugh from examining system, but Toye allowed him; Tate has been informed Rosebrugh is a "shark";
