Rosebrugh, physician and Canadian telegraph inventor; sends copy of patent 329,956 for induced current telegraphs; claims other patents pending in Washington; says TAE and he are "working along the same line" and suggests an arrangement advantageous to both; has heard phonoplex isn't working well; says his knowledge might aid TAE in overcoming "insurmountable" difficulties; his solicitors, Lazier, Dingwall wrote ten days earlier but received no reply.
