In view of your frequently reiterated statement that TAE and his associates were anxious to get hold of their Electric Railway Co. shares, I have secured them from the stock book and have receipted thereon for them. ##I now take pleasure in handing them, herewith, as follows: [lists shares given to Batchelor, Upton, Insull, TAE]. ##Please have the different parties interest receipt for the shares and approve of my action in receipting[?] for them.
