We send you today under separate registered cover four forms of transfer to be used for distributing the stock of the Edison Indian and Colonial Electric Co., Ltd., which please forward to TAE and request him to execute the same before a Notary Public, leaving the date blank, and return them to us. ##We sent to TAE at 65 Fifth Ave. two letters containing proxies of the Edison & Swan United Electric Light Co. and Edison's Indian & Colonial Electric Co. Will you kindly see that TAE also gets these ASAP for his signature and return, in all cases leaving the date blank?
