- [Enclosure to Doc D8603E.] Stipulation drafted by Seyfert's attorney in the case of Seyfert v Edison. Says that if TAE appears before the Commissioner at his office in New Brunswick within 2 weeks and submit to the examination/discovery required by the November 1884 order, the attachment for contempt required by a prior judge's decision will not be issued and TAE will be deemed to have purge himself of the contempt and shall be permitted to return to NY without detention or restraint. [Also gives brief description of the history of the proceeding.]
