[Enclosure/note referred to in Doc D8603I.] I find that the present stable or barn is not very comfortable for your grey[?] horse (Col. Davis). The blizzard that [-----] over Menlo last Friday night seeemd to open quite a few crevices[?]. Would you approve of arranging accommodation in the Machine Shop for the horse and also for [----] of carriage and sleighs and hay and grains.
