The doctor says she is so debilitated she needs great care and nourishment[?], which I regret to say I cannot give her. She has [--------] [----] if you knew how ill she was you [-----] kindly help her a little as you had done before and I will be very grateful for this. [I can't make much sense of the last sentence.]
