I thought you would not take it amiss if I this early reminded you that on July 1, an installment of $10,000 on principal and [quarter's?] interest $1062.50 on your Board[?] to Arnold Censlatele[?] & Co. will become due. You may if you please make this payment to me and hereafter may pay the Quarterly installments of interest to me at this office. Will you kindly where [--------] of [-------] write me what if anything has been done towards the erection of the [----------] new buildings on the Llewellyn Park premises? I recently, at the request of Mr. Hood, your insurance broker, furnished him with a list of the policies of insurance.
