- A special meeting of the Stockholders of the EEL Co. will be held at the office on Dec. 8, 1886 at noon. ##The transfer books of the Co. will close on Thurs., Nov. 25 at 3 pm and re-open Thurs., Dec. 9 at 10 am. ##The object of the Meeting is to submit to the stockholders, for their action, an agreement providing for the consolidation of the EEL Co. with the Edison Co. for Isolated Lighting into a new Company to be known as the Edison Electric Light Company, as provided for in the said agreement. ##As it is of the greatest importance that the entire capital stock be represented, will you please sign the enclosed proxy and return the same to the undersigned by first mail?
