Memorandum of Contracts between EEL Co. and Edison Lamp Co. States that exclusive license given to Lamp Co. to manufacture incandescent electric lamps under the patents owned by the Light Co. Lamp Co. can only sell lamps to the Light Co. or its licensees. Price is 40 cents per lamp for 10, 13, 16, 20, and 24 cp lamps. Others to be regulated by agreement. "There are numerous provisions dealing with the details of manufacture which it is not deemed necessary to refer to."
