Gives Upton power to alter, change, and modify existing contracts relating to manufacture or sale of Edison lamps, cancel any such contracts, or enter into new contracts. [Note that document originally gave Upton Power of Attorney for TAE as well, but all parts of the agreement relating to TAE personally have been crossed out.]
