Please order for acount of the Tokyo Elec. Light Co. an Electric Light Plant for the Osaka Boseki Cotton Mills in accordance with specifications received from the EEL Co coded"Galmitisco[?]" and accompanying estimate dated NY Dec. 10, 1885, to cost as stated therein: $6,844 U.S. gold f.o.b. in NY, in addition to which I agree to pay your outlay for freight and insurance. ##The above plant is to be shipped by steamer via Suez and to be delivered at Kobe and payment to be made as follows: 1/3 in advance, 1/3 on completion of shipment in NY, 1/3 on deliver of the Bill of Lading and Policy of Insurance to me, the last payment to include freight and insurance. [Doc D8630S from Frazar & Co. written on back of letter]: We accept the above order and will forward it at once.
