Morgan 95L, 9s, 2d to cover my disbursements and charges for specs on cases 77, 78, 79; duty on 1496.82 will come in another application; await instructions on duty for 1262.82, due 4/18; advise you to keep up Stern & Byllesby's patent 2336.62 as inquiries are being made by Ratcliffe Hard of London engineering firm. Could mean business; duty payable 5/18
