[Letterhead: The National Improved Telephone Co.] Can you testify in our case on final hearing; your testimony would be taken in New York; "We regard the decision given here [New Orleans] as entirely beyond the record and gives to Bell claims he himself has denied." We think a great wrong is being perpetrated under the guise of legal proceedings based on "heretofor Collusive Cases and this wrong upon the whole people should be righted."
