Title

[D8702AAT], Letter from Albert Blake Dick to Alfred Ord Tate, August 6th, 1887

Editor's Notes

Since Tomlinson and Dyer's opinion is that TAE's title under the electric pen patent is valid, as soon as A.B. Dick can gain a license under it, the company can initiate suits against patent infringers, particularly Cyclostyle. Dick asks Edison to make a proposition for his consideration. [Letter is very faint to the point of illegibility. This note provides the gist only].
